If you wonder why we are killing the people of Libya to free them it’s really quite simple.

It’s about the money and resources of Libya. After encouraging Gahdafi into transferring assets into U.S. banks, the assets of Libya started to just disappear.  Goldman Sachs led the raiding party with making 1 Billion dollars disappear.  As the legal battle between Libya and Goldman was moving forward, the U.S. government led NATO into “defending” the people of Libya by killing the people of Libya.

Now after giving the “rebel” (which in the U.S. would be called terrorists) almost a billion dollars, the U.S. government wants to give them some of  the $30 Billion dollars that the U.S. is still “holding” that is the money of the Libyan government, of course the rebels aren’t going to get all the money, but they will get some which will allow the insiders to raid the funds for their own purposes.

Of course, you could believe the fiction that we are really destroying the country to save it, but it does seem to be a little extreme, I think the simple answer is it’s about money and resources.

First, I have to say, like most Americans for vague reasons I don’t like Gadhaffi, but that doesn’t mean that every crime committed to try and stop him is justified.

The U.S. supported rebels have just announced tough new rules for journalists, right after video has surfaced of the rebels forcing that (according to anti-terrorism expert Susan Lindauer):

shows gruesome footage of a Libyan rebel cutting up the rotted flesh of a dead soldier and forcing it into the hands of Libyan Prisoners of War, who are lined up in a row so they must eat it.

There are other videos of rapes, and other crimes, but all those will be ignored by the United States in it’s insane quest for total domination.

Of course the media doesn’t want to report on this horrific news, because the rebels are getting the support of the Prince of Peace, Nobel Peace Prize winner, Obama and far be the media to question his wisdom as he plays 11 dimensional chess.

What’s amazing to me is all the people that were out with pictures and protesting when Bush was president are now at best silent.

Lately I’ve been seeing in the news is how the evil Republicans are not willing to approve a new STARTtreaty with Russia that they were not consulted on, or included in the discussions of.  To be clear according to the Constitution, Article VI, Section 1, Clause 2 (also known as the Supremacy Clause):

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding

Think about this, a treaty is on the same level as the Constitution for legal purposes, and yet when congress does it’s job, and refuses to pass a new SUPREME law of the land, they are harangued for now bowing down and licking the hand of the great leader.  To be perfectly clear, I am against almost all of these complex treaties, as I support the words of George Washington:

The great rule of conduct for us, in regard to foreign nations, is, in extending our commercial relations, to have with them as little political connection as possible.

I think that we would be better served by getting our own house in order, reducing military spending, and bringing the banksters in line, instead our fearless leader wants to saddle Americans with more complex agreements that we should just shut up and accept.  Sadly many people will fall for the propaganda that passes for news and think the world will end if Russia and the U.S. enter into what is a essentially a meaningless gesture for arms control (since we seem to be heading towards a conflict with North Korea, rather than Russia these days).

President Obama is taking the “let them eat cake” theme to a whole new level.  While other parts of the economy are tighting their belts, Obama is taking a trip to India and staying at exclusive resorts at a cost of $200 million a DAY!  Maybe that’s a misprint, or the article was incorrect, but it’s in line with the Obama style, tell everyone else how to live, so he can rule us all from on high.

It seems that the “crazy” Christine O’Donnell from Delaware was correct, China is more likely to engage in economic warfare against the U.S. and it’s allies than military.   Recently China has quietly stopped exporting what are called “rare earth” (RE) metals .  Now for many people this is a surprise, but I had read a while ago that China was considering this, so anyone who is surprised by this shouldn’t be in the rare earth mineral supply chain.   For instance  Ambrose Evans-Pritchard in The London Telegraph over a year ago wrote that China was eying a BAN on rare earth exports.  The reason for this was that China wanted to actually manufacture the components that were made with RE materials, rather than just supply the materials.

Of course, China might have not acted so quickly if two things hadn’t happened recently, the Japanese dispute over islands, and the U.S. deciding to launch an investigation of Chinese subsidies of “green energy”.  Now that is just silly as it seems that all “green energy” projects are subsidized, but heck the United Steelworkers Union was crying about it, and Obama all too willing to do whatever the unions want, especially in a tight election year with the election weeks away, displayed his vast knowledge of international relations, and told China that he wanted to, as Saturday Night Live puts it, do sex to them (see video)

Obama is doing a fantastic job, hopefully someone can stop him before he obtains his goal of completely destroying America.

It seems that no longer can officers (or any military personnel) use motive and duty as a defence to disobey an order that they feel is illegal or at least that is how I read the recent ruling in the Ltc. Lakin case.  Ltc. Lakin had refused to obey orders to deploy because he felt that since the Hawian Democratic Party had not certified that Obama was constitutionally eligible to be president, when the lawyer who handled Obama’s mother’s divorce from Lolo Soetoro was one of their lead attorneys, that there existed a real doubt as to whether Barrack Obama is constitutionally eligible to give orders, and therefore whether any orders given under his holding of the office of President are constitutional.  Now the whole case will consist of whether there were orders that Ltc. Lakin recieved or not, something he does not deny.

Col. Denise Lind (the “judge” in Ltc. Lakin’s case) won’t have anyone question Obama, because he is the leader that was picked for America, and so Ltc. Lakin will be sent to his prison cell soon as he will be unable to mount a defense.  But really this isn’t something that surprises me, most judges don’t allow the constitution to be used in their court, and some refuse to even let people bring in the law.  In fact “senior” legal editors have made statments such as:

I have been fascinated by Christine O’Donnell’s constitutional worldview since her debate with her opponent Chris Coons last week. O’Donnell explained that “when I go to Washington, D.C., the litmus test by which I cast my vote for every piece of legislation that comes across my desk will be whether or not it is constitutional.” How weird is that, I thought. Isn’t it a court’s job to determine whether or not something is, in fact, constitutional? And isn’t that sort of provided for in, well, the Constitution?

So don’t go looking at the words of the constitution, because they are MEANINGLESS, as the judges have taken all the power over them unto themselves, and the peons have accepted this as being the normal state of affairs.

Ltc. Lakin is just the latest fool that believed that the constitution means what it says, having been down that road myself, I wish him better luck than I’ve had.

I was talking to someone the other day and they didn’t seem to know that Wesley Snipes. the lead actor in the movie Blade, had been ordered to serve 3 years for failing to sign that he knew and understood his taxes completely.

I know that might seem strange, that you can be sent to jail for years for failing to sign something that you don’t completely understand, of course the IRS won it’s case, as it tends to do….because the courts are maintaining the status quo.

So where is Obama for Wesley Snipes?  Presidents pardon people all the time, why can’t Barrack Obama help out Wesley Snipes?  I mean that is a simple thing, Wesley Snipes will still have to pay the money back but he doesn’t have to go to jail.   So if Wesley Snipes goes to jail it’s because the same Obama Administration that let voter intimidation charges disappear, wants Wesley Snipes to go to jail for some reason I don’t understand.

What the saddest thing about this to me is, is that no one seems to care about Barrack Obama, who steps in to protect the human rights of foreign nationals in the United States under questionable circumstances, is perfectly willing to have U.S. Citizens killed without trials by a deliberate act on the part of government actors, forces people to resign, and send Wesley Snipes to jail.

So where are all those people who were Wesley’s fan when he was a puppet, doing what he was told, and reading the lines that others wrote for him?  Where are all those people who told Wesley how they love him?

I don’t know where they are, or if they ever really existed.   This isn’t to slight Mr. Snipes in any way, but rather to question how much of the Hollywood fake is real.  Throughout the United States (and most of the world) we look at the world as the media, both “Liberal” and “Conservative” portray it. 

However I believe that the people who control (not the public leaders) the discourse shape the conversation for the mutual benefit of a small group of people (see this article about the Koch Billions).  In other words, I don’t really trust any movement that has a “leader” any more, that’s not to say that someone like Ron Paul, Rand Paul, et al.  can’t be elected, but they shouldn’t be held up as a leader, because otherwise it becomes about their personal lives, not their values and how they have expressed their principles in life.

But for the moment I think we should just vote against the status quo, in whatever way is safe for you to do to the extent that is best.  Which probably doesn’t mean fly a plane into the IRS building like Joe Stack.

Heres the government’s latest “victory” against Wesley Snipes.

I find it so interesting that according the United States Supreme Court, the IRS can say that one position means one thing and the same thing can mean the opposite when it suits them.

From “BOEING CO. V. UNITED STATES (01-1209) 537 U.S. 437 (2003)”, so I assume that the supreme court justice is telling something supportable:

the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) itself initially read the statutory and regulatory provisions at issue here to permit precisely what Boeing asserts it is allowed to do

And yet we happily seem willing to force people to pay amounts that they attest to being figured out by them based on their knowledge and understanding of the law, and given this, just pay whatever the account and the government say to pay, not really trying to understand the law, because it can legally change what it means, and that’s okay with most U.S. residents.

So Wesley Snipes will most likely be sent to jail, while illegal alien and freed criminal Alfredo Garcia is collecting thousands of day by court order while he travels freely in the United States.

But no one really cares about Wesley Snipes, much more important is whether one idiot or another is going to be elected to a position where, even if they were a saint, they will probably not able to stop whatever the next shoe to drop is.

Freeing Wesley Snipes, on the other hand, is something that Barrack Obama could do easier and for less money than what it cost to redecorate the White House, actually it would be more likely to allow the government collect more money from Mr. Snipes.

And but then Barrack Obama does seem to have some “crimes” that he feels are worse than others, apparently Wesley Snipes is the kind of person that Barrack Obama just can’t relate to…..

The other day I was talking to someone, and I said that the media had edited the clip from Rand Paul to make it seem that he supported businesses that don’t want to serve black people.  I had made a slight mistake in the whole thing (the video was not edited, the transcript just added one word that wasn’t there, obviously adding a yes when someone means no is perfectly valid), and someone (who fanatically supports Obama) who overheard the conversation chased me down to demand that I “prove” my position, because MSNBC and the New York Times had reported differently.  Also he falsly attributed to me statements that I didn’t make, because I am not in favor of people who falsify information, but that doesn’t stop people who believe the ends justify the means from attributing to others what they themselves might be doing.

The New York times also reported

Asked by Ms. Maddow if a private business had the right to refuse to serve black people, Mr. Paul replied, “Yes.”

Afterwards the Shirley Sherrod (Huffington post version) incident was brought up, not by me, but by the well informed individual who said that I compared the Rand Paul incident to the video editing that led to the firing of “women” at the USDA, because I am only aware of one video, and only the one woman got fired.

The problem wasn’t that the video was edited and posted on a web site that everyone knows likes to mislead (okay so what’s the difference between that and MSNBC, Fox, The New York Times, et al.), but rather that the NAACP and the USDA forced this woman out without letting her tell her side of the story.  The people at fault here is not some guy who got a video from someone else, but rather the people who rather than hearing both sides, just viciously attack a woman, who while I might have numerous disagreements with her on other issues, was wronged by the government, and the Obama Administration specifically.

One set of statements was taken out of context and then forwarded on to a marginal website which posted the edited video that they had gotten, the other was reported as fact in major media, and originated as fact from major media.  Not that I had even brought up the other video at all, it was interjected that to deflect from the obvious manipulation that MSNBC/New York Times engaged in.

Of course, the New York Times and MSNBC can make up whatever stories they want, and you are welcome to defend them.  I am not arguing that either issues are correct, in fact the one has nothing to do with the other as far as I can see, but you are welcome to see conspiracies everywhere.

But the real news item should be how the United States government can justify condeming people without trial, and sad to say, Shirley Sherrod is just the tip of the iceberg, of course though Obama is the “Peace Prize President”, so what has this Prince of Peace wrought?

Apparently it is now perfectly acceptable for the President of the United States can announce that he is going to kill Americans without a trial, whereever they might be in the world just because he says so.  Hurray, I am so glad we don’t have a king who can just make rulings and they are law.  That’s so old fashioned, now we are just too stupid to realize that it’s all a sham, so they just rotate out one idiot for another puppet and the masses think they are getting change and hope.

Also it seems that that place in Cuba, Guantanamo Bay, is vital to keep as a prison as well, so much for the close Gitmo rhetoric of the current chief puppet of the United States, then again, we must all follow the wild dictates.

Attorneys are thrown in jail for over 500 days for actually upholding the constitution (no really read for yourself and make up your own mind).

It seems that “Global Warming” has a new name now by Chief Scientific Advisor of the Obama Administration.  For those of you who have been asleep, Global Warming was replaced by Global Climate Change and as of this week “Global Climate Disruption” is the new terminology, anyone who still believes in Global Warming is an idiot, because as Al Gore said about Global Warming, “the science is settled”, too bad it was the exact opposite of what we were told, but while BP was pushing Global <term of the week>, someone did something that may have been much worse.

BP had a catostrophic failure of an Oil Platform, if you haven’t heard of it, you are a complete moron, because it’s been in the news for a long time, and not just because Obama seemed to be on vacation most of the time while the crisis was unfolding, and the Gulf of Mexico was basically rendered a toxic dump.

But I see that the biggest new item is none of these things, rather it’s whether some woman running for Senator in a tiny state the Bidens used to control (in my opinion, I have no direct evidence to prove this at this time), doesn’t like wiccans, or witchcraft or stinky feet.  In my opinion whatever they are trying to sell people on is not what is important, they’d be talking about how Obama’s dog has fleas if there was an asteroid the size of the moon heading towards, earth and most people wouldn’t even notice the asteroid until too late, decrying anyone who thinks that a dog with fleas is not a real story, and that you are just a conspiracy nut.

Recently Obama made a speech where he was pushing the 50 billion dollar infrastructure investment, as if it was something new.  It’s not.  That is the ongoing money that has been allocated to maintain the roads, tracks, and airports.  As Roy Tov points out, the whole thing amounts to:

3.7% of the roads, 2.8 of the railways and 1.9% of the airports

Wow, such an investment in the future.  At the same time, it’s been reported that Rahm Emanuel has some really interesting thoughts about the unions, which leads me to wonder what is going on.  Well it doesn’t look good, according to GlobalResearch.ca, it’s estimated that banks are still holding at least 20 trillion dollars in “toxic assets”, this is one reason even though businesses have reserves the economy is not getting better, because the next hammer is going to fall soon.   And that might be one reason why Barrack Obama was selected to be the President, after all everyone gave him a pass when he was running for president, no one wanted to investigate his shady background, or his ties to the CIA, rather any questions were easily deflected with the “you are just racists” response.

And while the jobless rate increases, the fact that it wasn’t a completely horrible number somehow shows that we are in some strange recovery.  So as the economy contracts by at least 1.3% based on GDP (see this article by Stephen Lendman from Chicago for a much better analysis) it seems strange that people aren’t rising up in anger at the way the car is being driven over the cliff.  But then again, a large number of people still work for the government, and as Mort Zuckerman writes in the Financial Times (hopefully the link works), the whole term public servant has become inverted because the so called servants are now the masters in America, with better. well everything than the rest of the people.  

And therein lies the problem, the “public servants” with more paid time off, better connections to politicians will continue to milk the rest of the economy until things completely explode, the question is not so much a matter of if, but rather when, and given the state of affairs in the United States, with mandates for health care, schools, and no mandates for police, and an unwillingness to even enforce the laws restricting criminal entry into the country, the collapse will be uncontrollable.

But then again, I hope I am totally wrong.

Over at Hillaryis44.org I found an article about how a group of influential journalists and professors working for some of the biggest media groups (e.g. Time, Politico, the Huffington Post, the Baltimore Sun, the Guardian, Salon and the New Republic to name a few) worked together to smear Obama’s critics as racists (even attacking ABC news for being too hard on Obama!).

Now, there are many people who still spout the same talking points that this group of journalists created.  If you oppose Obama’s policies, it’s because you are a racist.  It’s a great tactic to get people arguing about what is really a SIDELINE, and lose track of the fact that you are being turned into chattel.  One example is how the government has made it harder than ever for people to renounce their U.S. citizenship, increasing the fee for doing so over 1000%!  It used to be relatively easy to decide that you didn’t want to feed the empire anymore, but that is changing.  In fact for many people they can be denied a passport if they owe money to any government agency.  Allegedly 16.5 million people are trapped in the United States unable to leave the country even if they want to (while millions of Displaced Foreign Travelers are allowed to wander freely).

Now that all said, the problem isn’t Obama.  He is just the puppet that plays the part of the fool so people will vote in an even worse group of robbers.   But that doesn’t mean that people shouldn’t speak out against his polices, rather that people need to look beyond the pretty words of the next would be star puppet.

I thought that the Obama DOJ having the charges for voter intimidation against the New Black Panthers dropped, after the case was already won, bad enough.  But apparently that isn’t the only case that the Obama department of Just-us got swept under the rug.  Noted pedophile Roman Polanski was set free recently because the Obama Department of Just-Us refused the request from the Swiss government for transcripts of the testimony from the trial in which Polanski had been convicted.

Of course many people claim it’s the vast right wing conspiracy that is forcing Obama to do these things that he really doesn’t want to do, and if we just do everything that Obama wants, the world will be a better place.  I don’t know who it will be a better place for, thugs who intimidate voters and criminals who molest children maybe, but people who actually want to have what used to be a normal life, I don’t think so.  Of course maybe it’s because child molesters are really misunderstood.

It seems that major financial news sources are indicating that an economic tsunami of historic proportions is coming,  as Obama touts his “Recovery Summer“.

Over at the London Telegraph, financial writer (who according to the Federal Reserve therefore should just shut up) Ambrose Evan-Pritchard, writes that it feels like 1932.  Closer to home in the United States, CNBC reports that the Dow is repeating the so called, “Great Depression Pattern“.

However, I think the situation will be markedly WORSE than 1933.  Let me explain why.  In 1933 the United States (and most of the world) was largely self sufficient, that is the economies were more local, food was more local, as were goods, and so on.  Also 1933, the United States had a GOLD based currency.  This allowed for FDR to switch out the gold currency with a fiat currency where he declared that pieces of paper were the same as gold coins.  This measure is no longer possible.

Even with FDR’s switch, the United States economy did not restart until the advent of World War II.  But the ability of the government to cram wars down the throats of people and tell them it is needed has been declining.  One of the ways to get around the resistance to wars, was to get everyone on the global warming bandwagon, however that effort is falling behind schedule as well.

Financial report Benjamin Fulford claims that there will be a massive financial overhaul of the entire world system in the not too distant future.  Of course he is a little late to claim that, as Christopher Story (editor of International Currency Review) has been reporting on efforts to do something similar (though not the same) for quite a while over at World Reports.  The problem that I have with these claims is whether or not the criminals who have been in power will allow for a peaceful change.  Since the change has been continually delayed for various and sundry reasons, I think that my concern is only a faint echo of what other more informed people might be basing their actions (or in-actions) on.

For instance there is the continual threat to of an attack on Iran (see this for a report that July 8th is a probable attack date), and there is the continued refusal to solve the oil crisis in the Gulf of Mexico.

While people might think that I want Obama to fail, the opposite is true, I don’t want the world to descend into madness, but unfortunately many people appear want to keep riding the Obama train all the way to hell.  Until we stop the madness of the politicians who can pass imaginary budgets with nary a peep from the masses of brainwashed fools who are marching like lemmings over the cliff (apologies to any real lemmings, as the comparison is unfair to them).

Apparently even though Congress has not declared war, all “military” people in the United States seem to be restricted in what they say online.  So only approved internet posting by government sources is allowed.   Specifically this article shows that the U.S. Army has claimed to right to control personal emails.  According to Wired Magazine:

The U.S. Army has ordered soldiers to stop posting to blogs or sending personal e-mail messages, without first clearing the content with a superior officer, Wired News has learned. The directive, issued April 19, is the sharpest restriction on troops’ online activities since the start of the Iraq war. And it could mean the end of military blogs, observers say.

Now given this, it might be the McChrystal did what he was told, and that the Rolling Stones reporter had been sent from above as I am sure that media access has to be approved on a limited basis, or this is all an even worse joke than I thought it was.  And I don’t mean that in a good way.

Basically I think all military units should treat reporters as SPIES, I don’t mean shoot them, but don’t ever let them near anything that you don’t want to have an in depth explanation of why you did something.  However if your boss tells you have to let him have the same level of access that your senior staff has, and that you have no say in the matter, you have to suck it up.

This is why people in the military are political dunces when they are in the military, they cannot express an opinion, even in private emails, about politics, because private emails are subject to review by the entire chain of command.  That’s just the Army way, if you want to write, I think you might be able to write a book, but a some beliefs by a traditionalist catholic Navy Officer, got him into trouble, so you have to have your mind in the right groove to serve in the military.  In other words, you keep a low key political profile, support your chain of command, if you have problems you have to keep them to yourself, or go to the Chaplin.  That’s the way that the military is.

McChrystal knew this, but if he is blowing off, it’s because there might be a lot more pressure than that.

Now, that said, as far a soldiering goes is it better for the Special Operations units to go in and do surgical strikes, and the rest of the military have to go in and police the area with much stricter rules of engagement and less support or the other way around?  In other words, with limited resources what should be done?  Should the soldiers hide in their bunkers or police the area?  Or should we just leave these other countries?

I think we should leave the other countries.  After all, don’t we have real problems here at home, problems that so concern Obama that he had to almost cut short his Memorial Day golf outing to think about the spill for a second, actually there is no evidence to suggest that the Oil Spill has become something Obama is truly concerned about.  He seems to be preoccupied with something that might be even bigger, and so might be holding back on resources because of a some other problem.

Now the question is, is that problem a personal problem?  Has he done something that force him out of office?  If so what could it be?

Apparently Obama has a new loyalty policy.  If you ever think bad about Obama it’s insubordination.  Obama has fired Gen. McChrystal for not being drunk on the Obama messiah insanity, stating “I won’t tolerate division.”  It’s not that McChrystal was challenging the president (he wasn’t) or following the orders from the Obama temple (he was) rather it’s that he wasn’t glowing enough when he talked about the anointed one.

Now, some may say it’s strange that I would like Gen. Stanley McChrystal, after all he works for the government and studies ways of killing people.

In fact, he regularly has killed people if the special forces do any killing of people, since he’s gone on a lot of missions.

It seems that world that Gen. McCrystal is in is similar to the structure outlined in the fictional  series by John Twelve Hawks.

The question becomes who can you really trust.  It does seem that McChrystal is a honest straight talking person.  I guess that is what passes for evil in Washington D.C..

That’s why I like McChrystal, right or wrong, assuming that this reporter wrote as shocking an article as he could, he seems like a straight talker, sure he’s killed more men than I’ve probably shaken hands with, but he obviously tries to follow what the orders are when the chips are down.  This might be fine for a soldier.  In fact many officers (Washington, Eisenhower) who went into politics changed their views over time, but at least they had plans and strategic vision, Obama lacks the details and the strategy.   McChrystal will have a plan faster than anyone.  Give him the gulf oil spill, no one wants it because it’s too political.

Gen. McChrystal is a good special operations guy, I’ve decided that he is a good adviser, but he shouldn’t be president.  Apparently he is accused (in the Rolling Stone article) of being involved in cover ups and the CFR.  In other words, it doesn’t really matter what he says, because he is used to being in politics.

I don’t really know enough about him to fully endorse him, but he would do a great job in cleaning up the gulf oil spill.

I just read an article that had Obama being upset about the article in Rolling Stone magazine called the Runaway General, though I am not really sure why.  If Obama is that petty, we are doomed.

I had read about this a while ago, but didn’t write about it, because I hadn’t had the time to verify the facts of the story, but WND.COM is running with it now, so I might as well tell people about it.

Basically there is a fellow named Tim Adams who was the senior elections clerk in Honolulu for a time, and he is running around saying that Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii, and that it’s an open secret in the government there.

Now, why don’t the politicians of Hawaii care?  Because they believe that the constitution doesn’t matter, much like most politicians in America.  And to tell the truth, the judges don’t care about the constitution, and most people are willing to let the government do whatever, so why does it matter if Obama was born in America (or is even a citizen) or not, after all we are becoming a global society.

I just read that Congressman Chuck Rangel recently said that the Obama White House is doing “stuff that makes Cheney look good.”  Now I didn’t hear him say so he might be misrepresented, but it does seem that Obama might be nearing the end of his shelf life.  Anyways he doesn’t really want to have to be responsible for anything, so maybe Obama just doesn’t care.  Not that is different from most Americans.
